How we quote

Every quote breaks material, labour, trim, capping, tear-off and disposal into separate lines. A single lump-sum number cannot be compared against another contractor's lump-sum number, and that is usually why it is quoted that way.

What we will tell you

• If a repair will do, we will say so rather than quoting a replacement.
• If the house is still inside its builder warranty, the first call is the builder, not us.
• Sheathing repair is priced per sheet before tear-off, so a bad wall does not turn into an open-ended invoice.
• If the property is heritage-designated, the heritage approval comes before anyone orders material.
